On Thursday, June 23, we hopped in the minivan & started our trek to Heber City, Utah where we would be spending a weekend in a Cabin with all of Jon's brothers & sisters & their families. We decided to split up the driving into 2 days each way, so our first night we stayeded in St. George, UT. On the way there we stopped in Las Vegas to eat at the Rainforest Cafe in the MGM Grand.

She loved this baby elephant, until the thunderstorm started & then she got a little freaked out :)
If we ever drove through Vegas in the future, we would definately stop there again.
They also had some lions in the MGM Grand, here Jon & Haley are standing in a tunnel under the female lions.
It was a miserable 106 degrees outside!
