After we left the cabin & started our drive home, we stopped to spend the night right outside Zion National Park. We decided not to go into the actual park, since we felt it would be to dangerous with Haley & all the cliffs! Anyways, it was beautiful.
These our the cliffs surrounding Flanigan's Inn where we stayed. Haley liked the patio at the inn, but when we first got there she cried "This is NOT my bed. I have my OWN bed! I want to go HOME!!!" She was pretty homesick this trip. She missed her Nana & Papa.
In the back of...
and in front of our inn.
The landscape was AMAZING!
After the long car rides Haley needed to get out some energy!
And then she crashed. She was sooo tired Daddy had to feed her dinner in bed :)
We had a total of 16 cousins ranging in age from 3 months to 18 years old & they all got along fabulously! One of the best times in my opinion to spend times with cousins was on the long walks you could take around the cabin. It was a peaceful time to just get out, walk, talk & be.
Getting ready for another family walk :)
Isn't this awesome!
Of course, there were good times in the cabin too!
