Happy New Year Everybody!

This New Year started off with a bang, or should I say, a cough. The day before New Year's Eve Haley got her first cold. With the amount of snorting noises she has made lately you would think she was a baby bulldog. Uncle Chance would be proud! It's funny though, her recent inability to breathe through her nose seems to have sparked a development in her vocabulary. She is now making noises she has never made before. Aaahs and Ooohs seems to flow with a heightened volume. She is the most talkative when we are trying to clean her nose. She is probably trying to say, "please don't "pick" on me." I'm sorry, I have to throw in at least one corny joke in every blog :) But we are very proud of how she has handled being sick so far.

Today is also a special day because Haley is three months old. We are amazed at how she has grown and is developing. She is talking more and seems to be much more aware of the world around her. Everyday she learns or does something new. These are truly great times.

For those of you who don't know we are moving next week. We will be living with Molly's parents, Jerry and Maureen, for a while. It will definitely be a full household. There will be five adults, one baby, three dogs, three tortoises, five birds and a partridge in a pear tree. They are very excited to have Haley 24/7. They love her to pieces. We will keep everyone posted and will forward our new address soon!
